Das Buch über Sinnfindung durch Menschen in Organisationen ist in in seinem Thema und der Analyse durch Weick hochinteressant und relevant für Anthropologen und Soziologen, aber auch für Menschen die sich mit Change-Management oder Nutzerforschung beschäftigen. Das Werk ist ein Klassiker in dem Bereich.Leider ist das Buch eines der trockensten (akademischen) Fachbücher, die ich bisher gelesen habe. Wer ein lockeres Buch im Stile US-Amerikanischer Business-Ratgeber sucht, ist definitiv falsch. Für alle anderen lohnen sich die Erkenntnisse, die aus dem Buch zu ziehen sind, auch wenn ein gutes Maß an Motivation zum Lesen aufzubringen ist.
Ich habe mir dieses Buch für ein Seminar in der Uni gekauft und wusste daher was der Inhalt ist... Es ist ein wirklich interessantes Buch über Sinnstiftung und ich würde es mir jeder Zeit wieder holen. Die Lieferung dauerte etwas, da es von Übersee kam aber darauf wurde man bereits während dem Bestellvorgang hingewiesen. Das Buch war in einwandfreiem Zustand. Alles in allem war ich sehr zufrieden.
